Can two people in my family each open a separate bjlive999 account, or are we limited to one account per household?

bjlive999 operates a one-account-per-person policy — however, two different individuals within the same household may each hold a separate account, provided each account is registered with that individual's own personal details. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind: if two accounts are regularly accessed from the same device or the same internet connection, bjlive999's system may flag them. In that case, identity verification documents may be requested. Regarding bonuses, claiming multiple welcome bonuses from the same household is generally not permitted. If you are unsure, it is best to check with support in advance.

Is there a dedicated bjlive999 app? If so, where can I find it and how do I install it on my phone?

Yes, bjlive999 has its own mobile app, available for both Android and iOS. It may not be listed directly on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store — in that case, you can download the APK file from bjlive999's official website and install it manually. On Android, you will need to enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" in your phone's settings. For iOS, follow the instructions provided on the website. Once logged in via the app, you will receive push notifications for new promotions or challenges as soon as they go live. Keep in mind that bjlive999 is also fully accessible through a mobile browser, so you won't miss out on any features even without the app.

bjlive999 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

How Do Wagering Requirements Work?

For example, if a ৳1,000 bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement, you would need to place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Your progress is always visible in the Bonus Progress section of your account dashboard.
